On March 6th 1996 APEX Pumping Equipment opened its doors, providing pumps, controls, and related products for, commercial, industrial and residential use.  Brad Clemmons, owner of APEX realized the need for better service to the various markets mentioned.  Brad further realized that there is a group of people that APEX doesn’t actually sell product to, yet provide a valuable service for.  That service is the knowledge of our products to the engineering community. 

     Over the past five years Brad has assembled a T.E.A.M., with a commitment to service coupled with tremendous knowledge gained from a combined 147 years of experience in the pump and equipment industry.  When asked what separates APEX from any other similar company’s, Brad said, “ Its not the name of company that makes the people, it’s the people of a company that make its name”.  Brad went on to say, “Look at our Mission Statement!  A company with commitment to its people, in return receives a commitment from its people.  In this type of environment it's natural for people to perform, it’s like owning their own business”.

     APEX has continued to grow in each year of its existence.  As our customers realize what APEX can offer they come back, and that is what every business wants.  And it’s only achieved through what a company can offer and the bottom line is its people.

For every pump test that APEX Pumping Equipment performs, $5.00 is donated to the NFSA affiliated Illinois Prevention Burn Camp.
